During athletic movements, all forces are generated or transferred by the body's proximal part (trunk). In addition to the Ballwork program, the Ab/Oblique Bench is used to strengthen trunk muscles dynamically. Exercise difficulty can be progressed by adjusting the bench from a flat to a vertical angle of up to 90°. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
